Kolar is currently seeking a Client Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the Client Project Manager will play a key role in the successful execution of our projects, serving as a key partner for clients, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving positive project outcomes. Their responsibilities will span a spectrum of critical activities, including providing external leadership, fostering strong client relationships, internal coordination and direction to project teams, managing project finances, schedule and scope, and overseeing project progress and overall success.

Objective & Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivates strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meeting Scheduling and Communication Facilitation: Coordinates meetings efficiently, facilitating clear communication channels among project team members and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Team Leadership on Projects: Demonstrates effective leadership in guiding project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve milestones.
  • Sales and Business Development with Clients: Engages in sales and business development activities, identifying opportunities for additional projects and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Financial Oversight of Projects and Scope: Manages project finances and scope diligently, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project objectives.
  • Project Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors project progress closely, providing regular updates and reports to the project team and clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Resource Scheduling: Schedules resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and meet project requirements within allocated resources.
  • Document Management including Project Plans, Budgets, Schedules, or Scope Statements: Manages project documentation meticulously, maintaining accurate records of project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements as directed by the project lead.

Education / Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Design, or Architecture (Required)  
  • Degree in Design, Architecture or related field (Preferred)  
  • PM Certified (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 7 years of Project Manager experience (Required)  
  • Design Interior, EGD or Architecture related (Preferred)

Position / Reporting:

This is a full-time position who will report to the Managing Director.
